Having worked for many years in Hampshire, we have the local knowledge and experience to know the best local purveyors of every product and service we require.

We only work with people that feel the same way we do about food – that only the best is good enough. From the most incredible British shellfish and seafood provided by Coopers of Andover and Kingfisher in Brixham, to the free-range local pigs at Greenfields Farm we adore; quality, consistency and reliability are of paramount importance.
